14-Day Easy Return – No Questions Asked

We’re proud to introduce a first-of-its-kind return policy in Pakistan.

Return Policy Conditions 

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

The primary perfume bottle should be only lightly used.

Returns must be made in the original MYSTIQUE PERFUMES’ box. Returns sent in other packaging will not be accepted.

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Any damage may lead to deductions from the refund.

A copy of the invoice must be included, along with a brief note explaining the reason for return.

Important Notes

This return policy applies only to full-sized products.

Orders above PKR 6,000 are non-refundable; but are eligible for exchange.

In the event of damage, leakage, or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Delivery charges are non-refundable under normal return circumstances.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item(s).
