We are proud to introduce a unique refund policy, a first in Pakistan. When you order, you’ll receive your main perfume bottle. You can just test a little bit first and if you’re not satisfied, you can return the bottle for a full refund—no questions asked.

Returns must be sent via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at the customer’s expense to our address.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Orders exceeding Rs. 6,000 are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged.
For damaged, leaking, or incorrect items, MYSTIQUE PERFUMES will cover the delivery charges.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned items.
